  • Delays can be specified for each UST action using command interface to provide greater flexibility
    • All values are in milliseconds and are saved when changed.
    • @ust delay open - Sets the delay after opening the ust.
    • @ust delay add - Sets the delay after adding each item to the ust.
    • @ust delay button - Sets the delay after pressing the salvage button.
    • @ust delay create - Sets the delay after creating a partial or complete bag of salvage.
    • @ust delay move - Sets the delay after moving an item or bag of salvage.
    • @ust delay close - Sets the delay after closing the ust.
    • @ust delay show - Displays all the delay settings.
    • Note: The Move delay on the Config page is added to each of these values during execution
  • No longer attempts to automatically detect upgrade from Decal 2.5.0.5 to Decal 2.5.2.0
    • When upgrading from Decal 2.5.0.5 to 2.5.2.0, set decalustadditem="True" in settings.xml
    • If reverting from Decal 2.5.2.0 to 2.5.0.5, set decalustadditem="False" in settings.xml
  • Removed order dependency between UST and DHS
  • Fixed error condition in PressButton routine
  • Eliminated some reoccurring error messages during log on
  • Added 960 x ??? as valid a windowed mode resolution
  • Installer should upgrade without having to uninstall first

  • Auto-Salvage is now the Universal Salvaging Tool (U.S.T)!
    • Can install in previous folder or just copy your settings.xml to new folder
  • Automatically detects and supports Decal 2.5.2.0 for much less mousing
    • Once detected, source pack doesn't need to be opened for salvaging
  • One touch operation. No more checkboxes! 
  • Can now process any sub-range of any pack, with salvage being returned to that pack
  • Changed interface to be more intuitive
    • Salvage ranges are now specified (for example) as 1-10
    • Multiple combine ranges can now be specified, such as 1-5, 6-7, 8, 9, 10
  • Salvage and items which cannot be salvaged will not be added to the Exception List unless equipped
  • Whole packs can now be added to and removed from the Exception List
  • Added the ability to protect racial items with level VI spells
  • Optionally suppress expected "You obtain xxx units of Salvaged Material" messages
    • When used, only shows less than full yield when salvaging and complete bags when combining
  • Default command changed to @ust
    • "doit" synonym added for "all", so now you can say "@ust doit"
    • "items" changed to "salvage"
  • Optionally popup UST window for commands and hotkeys
  • Fixed erroneous "pack full" condition
  • Combine process "hanging" should be fixed
  • Hotkeys now remembered across sessions

    • Next release Stretch UI will be detected automatically
  • Changed Windowed mode configuration to be more intuitive and generic
  • Exclusion List items will not be ID'd during initial scan, to prevent BS/2 from issuing alert messages.
  • Added Exclusion List controls: "Add Equipped", "Add Entire Inventory", and "Clear List"
  • Removed DHS .dll from installer; Didn't mean to either:
    • Install DHS for people not already using it, or
    • Upgrade DHS for people already using it ( especially since DHS 1.1.0.1 is incompatible with previous releases)
  • Fixed an actual bug!
    • When all rows of main pack were not visible, incorrectly determined that first row not visible was.

    @salvage start Starts the salvage process using your current settings
    @salvage items Starts salvaging items in your main pack, without affecting your current settings
    @salvage combine Starts combining salvage in your main pack, without affecting your current settings
    @salvage all Starts salvaging items and combining salvage in your main pack, without affecting your current settings
    @salvage stop  Immediately stops the salvage process
    @salvage pause Pauses the current salvage process, so that it can be resumed later
    @salvage resume Resumes the previously paused salvage process
    @salvage clear Clears the current contents of the Ust and continues processing
    @salvage show Displays the Auto-Salvage window
    @salvage hide Hides the Auto-Salvage window
    @salvage reset window Reset Auto-Salvage's window location
    @salvage add hotkeys Adds Auto-Salvage hotkey definitions to the Decal Hotkey System

  • Windowed mode is now fully supported
  • ID process has been greatly accelerated, especially for partial bags of salvage
  • When starting, now goes into peace mode and scrolls to top of main pack
  • Screen resolution now automatically detected (except Windowed mode)
    • No longer have to enter number of rows visible
  • Continue and Cancel buttons added to Main Page
    • Continue button clears Ust and processes next item(s)
    • Cancel halts all salvaging
  • Going into combat mode works like the Cancel button, to stop salvaging when in automatic mode.
  • Settings change: High Quality is now highest quality you salvage (not lowest quality you don't)
    • Existing profiles automatically converted to new format
    • When existing profiles with High Quality setting of 1 are converted they are marked Disabled, which is the same effect
  • Defaults for new users changed to salvage qualities 1-10 into separate bags for each quality.
  • Material list now restored to last sort order on load.
  • Settings now saved in easier to read and/or edited format

Still working to support Win 9x. Some of these changes were made to facilitate that effort, some because I needed to make progress on something!
