Scrambling with Mark.

Red Ridge is a surprisingly pleasant and scenic trip, with great views of Read's Tower , Mounts Sparrowhawk and Bogart, and the Spray Lakes area. In the dead of winter, it was also surprisingly strenuous and grueling for us.

A little diversion atop an interesting rock formation (those are my snowshoes strapped to my backpack)

Mount Sparrowhawk from the start of the ridge

Heading down to the col. We wanted to try the alternate descent, but came across dangerous avalanche slopes and ended up returning the way we came
