WHAT'S NEW...

Well a lot in that I have actually updated the site, but not much in that there isn't too much added.

See since I last updated, Kai and I went to our first show and it was a pretty big flop!! He was one tense pony!! We didn't come last so that was one thing, but that combined with a few other big factors made me realise that Kai was not the horse for me! So back to my instructor he went and now I have no horse to ride ( Skippy is still enjoying his retirement).

I am now having lessons on a great big 17hh Irish Draught horse who I am thoroughly smitten with, with a fantastic new instructor as well as saving my butt off for a new, hopefully wonderful dressage horsey later in the year!! It's driving me nuts only riding once a week but it will be worth it all in a few months!!

In the meantime i will keep you all updated with what i'm up to at the moment horse-wise and hopefully there will be some competition news and new horse news on the agenda soon! I'm also hoping to squeeze in another trip to canada in the coming months!
