"Copy and Paste"ing this into your own MapTag files should work.
These files are named "[Server]_Tags.txt" and located at "[AE_directory]\Data\User_Date\".

Yes, rounded down. The point here is "to keep the rounded amount as little as possible". Repairing at 100 damage is always good idea, while repairing at 101 damage is almost always bad idea. (at 100 skill, the former way will keep items live about twice as long as the latter way)
