		- fixed a segmentation fault if topic was set to NULL :(

		- added /helpfish and /fishhelp :)

		- topic encryption is now supported... but keep in
		  mind: topic size SHRINKS drastically to about 60%!
		  This is already insufficient for a common eBay URL
		  syntax: /topic+ <your topic>

		- new feature: 'NickTracker' will allow seamless
		  conversations in the case your chat partner suddenly
		  changes his nick. If enabled this feature will simply
		  copy the old key to use with his new nick.

		- block-align base64 strings if truncated by IRC
		  server: no more broken blocks at the end of long
		  messages!

		- also added a feature called "mark broken block"
		  which will indicate whether a broken block was cut,
		  meaning the message arrived incomplete

		- now decrypting "Mircryption" messages, those start
		  with 'mcps' instead of '+OK'

		- new command: /unsetinipw
		  Change back to default blow.ini password

		- new Diffie-Hellman key-exchange implementation:
		  DH1080 - using a 1080bit prime

		  key set) added! It is triggered on an incoming query,
		  on nick-change in a running query and also if you

		  crashing in rare cases

		- decrypting NOTICE messages

		- encrypt NOTICE messages using:
		  /notfish <nick/#channel> <notice message>
